OSHIMILI NORTH MANAGEMENT MEETS WITH DELTA TRUST MORTGAGE BANK & GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED ON PROPOSED IBUSA TRANSNATIONAL MARKET, OTHER PROJECTS.

Yesterday, the Oshimili North Management Team, led by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Innocent Esewezie, held a strategic meeting with representatives of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank and Global Development Limited to discuss the proposed Ibusa Transnational Market and other key projects across the council area.

It will be recalled that in December 2023, during the final months of his first tenure, Hon. Innocent Esewezie unveiled the architectural design for the proposed Ibusa Ultra-Modern Market, crafted by Arch. Ifeanyi Onwordi, a Consultant to the local government.

During the meeting, the Council Chairman assured the delegation of the council’s full support, including provisions for security, land, and other necessary resources. In response, the Managing Director/CEO of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank, speaking on behalf of the delegation, expressed confidence in the swift and efficient delivery of the project.
