OBUZOR, ESEWEZIE, IDUH, IJEH, IKWELE, OTHERS; PRESENT AT THE ASHIA-OKPULUKPU FOUNDATION-LAYING CEREMONY

IBUSA: Yesterday, Monday, 3rd February 2025 marked yet another significant developmental milestone in Oshimili North LGA under the Chairmanship of Hon. Innocent Esewezie as Ibusa community witnessed the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the new Ashia-Okpulukpu Market.

The event was graciously performed by the esteemed Royal Father, HRM, the Obuzor of Ibusa, Obi (Prof) Louis Chelono Nwoboshi, further cementing the strong relationship between the community and the local administration.

This new market, a vital infrastructural project, promises to enhance local trade and improve the economy of not only the community but also the council.

The Ceremony was graced by several dignitaries, including the Delta State Deputy PDP Chairman, Elder Moses Iduh; Oshimili North PDP Party Chairman, Hon. Joseph Ijeh along side Party executives; other Party faithful and Appointees.

Also present was the highly-revered Ibusa Warlord, the12th Ikwele of Ibusa, His Eminence, Chief Celestine Okafor. Others include Arch. Ifeanyi Onwordi, Hon. Luka Igbonoba and women showcasing their collective enthusiasm for the project. Their presence highlighted the unity and shared vision for progress in Ibusa.

This project, under the leadership of Hon. Innocent Esewezie, reflects the administration’s commitment to fulfilling its promises and improving the lives of the people.
