HON. ESEWEZIE INSPECTS ONGOING RECONSTRUCTION OF OKPANAM COTTAGE HOSPITAL, other PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRES IN OSHIMILI NORTH

The Executive Chairman of Oshimili North LGA, Hon. Chief Innocent Esewezie, on Wednesday, toured the ongoing reconstruction of the Cottage Hospital in Okpanam, as well as several Primary Health Centres undergoing renovation across the LGA.

These upgrades were approved by Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, as part of efforts to improve healthcare delivery in the state. Facilities visited include the PHCs in Okpanam, Ibusa, Illah, Ogboli, and Okponta.

Hon. Esewezie commended the State Government for the improvements, noting that enhanced infrastructure, electricity, and water supply at the centres will significantly boost the morale and efficiency of healthcare workers.

He was accompanied by key stakeholders, including PDP LGA Chairman Sir Joseph Ijeh, Executive Assistant to the Governor Mr. Luka Igbonoba, SLG Comr. Austin Ajufo, Supervisory Councilors Hon. Emeka Odogwu and Mr. Christopher Ejoh, Treasurer Mr. Mike Okeh, and Works Head Engr. Esther Mordi.
