ESEWEZIE HOSTS “MISS DELTA” BEAUTY PAGEANT CONTESTANTS

AKWUKWU-IGBO: The Executive Chairman of Oshimili North, yesterday, Monday 26 November, received the 25 beauty queens representing the 25 LGAs for the upcoming “MISS DELTA” at his office on a Courtesy Visit.

During his warm reception, the Council Boss appreciated the many efforts of His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori in promoting and encouraging the Girl Child and admonished the Contestants to be Great Ambassadors of the State, their Local Governments, communities and families.

Esewezie urged them to embrace their unique qualities as individuals and use the platform presented to them to advocate for meaningful causes for a better society.

Also on hand to welcome the pageants were the Vice Chairman, Hon. Amb. Uju Okolo; the Secretary to the LGA, Comr. Austin Eloka Ajufo
