Ibusa Security Update

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF AN EMERGENCY SECURITY MEETING CONVENED BY THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF ONLGA, HON. INNOCENT ESEWEZIE, AND WHICH HELD AT OSHIMILI NORTH LIAISON OFFICE, IBUSA TODAY, MONDAY 22ND JANUARY 2024

1. The Oshimili North Local Government Authority sympathizes and condoles with the family of the murdered budding youth while assuring them that the perpetrators will meet their waterloo and justice will be served.

2. Constant joint security patrol round Ibusa.

3. Installation of streets lights especially at identified flashpoints.

4. Immediate formation of “Ogbe Security Watch” by all Ogbes

5. Immediate formation of “Ite-Ego Security Outlet” and “Umuneze Security Outlet” and also the deployment of local security personnel to same.

6. Urgent Ibusa Youth Council General Congress has been fixed for 2pm on Sunday, 28th January 2024 at the Oshimili North Liaison Office, Ibusa. All Ibusa youths are expected to be in attendance.

7. All residents are required to share relevant and useful security information with security agents/personel as a bounty has been placed on the perpetrators of this evil act.
