HON. ESEWEZIE, PEACE RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE; RESTORE PEACE IN IBUSA YOUTH COUNCIL
…Peace Restored, Hope Renewed. The Future of Ibusa Begins with Unity
IBUSA: The peace and reconciliation reached today, Sunday 12th of July 2026, within the Ibusa Youth Council is a welcome development and a defining moment in our collective journey. It is a reminder that no community can attain its full potential when division overshadows unity and this was made possible with the help of the Executive Chairman of Oshimili North LGA, Hon. Chief Innocent Esewezie, Ugonwa Ibusa; together with the Peace Reconciliation Committee led by Pastor Idowu Okeze.

To every young person in Ibusa, this is the time to close the chapter of disagreements and embrace a new era of collaboration, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. Ibusa community deserves a Youth Council that is united by a common purpose rather than separated by personal interests or past differences.
Speaking during the meeting, Hon. Esewezie expression his joy at the outcome of the meeting stating that “a United Ibusa Youth can confront and overcome any challenges and development thrives in a peaceful society”.
The future of Ibusa depends largely on the strength, character, and commitment of its youths. Let this reconciliation be more than a symbolic gesture. Let it be the foundation for lasting peace, purposeful leadership, and meaningful progress. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Ibusa for this generation and those yet to come.
