ONLGA CHAIRMAN HOSTS TOP SECURITY CHIEFS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO MARK THE NEW YEAR, REAPPRAISAL AND RESTRATEGIZE

To mark the New Year, the Executive Chairman of Oshimili North Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Innocent Esewezie, today, 1 January 2026, hosted senior security officials and key stakeholders at his Okpanam residence, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to peace, unity, and collaborative governance. The gathering featured the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations), ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi; 63 Brigade Garrison Commander, Brigadier General L. A. Balogun; senior government aides, and community leaders.

The event provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements in security and peace-building in 2025. Hon. Esewezie commended the dedication of security agencies and pledged continued support, emphasizing that sustained peace remains fundamental to development in Oshimili North and Delta State.
