ESEWEZIE EARNS A SPACE IN THE HALL OF FAME OF SIR AHMADU BELLO PLATINUM LEADERSHIP LEGACY AWARDS

IBUSA: Yesterday, Friday 1st of August 2025, the Executive Chairman of Oshimili North LGA of Delta State, Hon. Chief Innocent Esewezie was honoured with the distinguished Sir Ahmadu Bello Platinum Leadership Legacy Award as GARKUWAN MATASAN AREWA NAIJERIYA translated as “The Shield of the Northern Nigerian Youths” at a ceremony with took place at the Oshimili North Liaison Office, Ibusa, Delta State.

This prestigious national recognition, bestowed by the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), celebrates his inspiring political journey, transformational leadership, and deep-rooted commitment to youth development in Oshimili North, Delta State in general and across Nigeria at large.

Esewezie, from his early days as a Ward Councillor to his current role as Executive Chairman of Oshimili North LGA, has consistently and passionately championed grassroots development, youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and inclusive governance.

The significance of this Award lies in its exclusive list of past recipients, which includes respected Governors, Senators, Ministers, and other distinguished statesmen from all walks of life.

Hon. Innocent Esewezie’s emergence among such National Icons not only affirms his credibility and influence but also places Oshimili North on the National map of impactful leadership.
